l'interrupteur de la cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas, la porte du wc coulissante bruyante, le canapé et le fauteuil HS, les odeurs d'égoût qui remontent.La porte du frigot avec moisissures, les fonds de tiroir sales pendant que le locataire précédent a payé 75 € des frais de ménage !
