Your home away from home in Fort Myers with 3 bedrooms and a newly refinished Pebbletech heated pool. Beautiful single family, 2-story pool home on an oversized lot with large tropical setting backyard. All furniture is brand new in 2022 and even includes a brand new 4 burner Weber grill on the lanai! Walk out to the lanai and pool from both the kitchen and family room. The screened in lanai is a great outdoor living space to have large family gatherings and private enough if you just want to have alone time. The family room has great views of the pool and backyard. Other features in the home include a large primary suite with soaking tub, separate dining and living rooms and walk-in pantry. New interior and exterior paint, remodeled baths, pool cage, lighting, refinished pool surface, roof and hurricane windows/doors, new tile flooring through out, new kitchen cabinets and appliance all in 2023/2024. New pool heater in 2021. The Fernwalk community amenities include a community pool, club house, tennis and volleyball court and is close to Health Park hospital, shopping, restaurants, and Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva.
