Very spacious and comfortable, met all my needs. For about the same price as a hotel I got a full apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room area, another sitting room, laundry facilities, and a barbecue area out front, also a parking space at the property off the street. I had a lot of privacy there. Location is convenient to the interstate, but restaurants and stores in Dalton are not far away either.

The walls are a little thin, and when another guest occupied the floor above me there was some noise bleed over, but nothing terrible. The parking space was in the front, and the apartment was around the back, so moving a lot of things from the car to the apartment and vice versa was a little more work, but again much better than at a hotel.

The location is excellent, and the property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and was by far the biggest problem with our stay. This was not just a matter of a few areas being overlooked. The entire place appeared to need a serious deep cleaning. The bathroom and shower were dirty, and the shower curtain was old and visibly dirty. In the second living room—the one located two steps downstairs—I found cobwebs, which was another clear indication that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. The ceiling fans also had a heavy buildup of dust and dirt. The floors felt greasy and grimy, as though they had not been properly mopped in quite some time. Even the mop provided for cleaning was black with dirt, which made us question how thoroughly the floors were being cleaned in the first place. The bedding and blankets also did not feel properly clean or freshly washed. Overall, there was a noticeable lack of attention to basic sanitation throughout the property. For a place where guests are expected to sleep, shower, and feel comfortable, cleanliness should be a priority, not an afterthought. There was also an issue with the shower itself. It was extremely difficult to regulate the water temperature between hot and cold, which should be inspected and corrected. It is unfortunate because this could be a very nice place. The location is great and the property is attractive, but it desperately needs a thorough professional deep cleaning and much higher cleaning standards between guests. In terms of cleanliness and hygiene, this property completely failed to meet reasonable expectations. A beautiful property and a great location cannot compensate for an accommodation that does not feel properly cleaned or sanitary.
