The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It’s also in a great location close to the city center.
Street noise at night from people exiting a nearby club. (Not the owner's fault, just outdoor noise from the street).

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro. Parcheggio cortile interno.
Ottima dotazione in cucina: c'è persino la bilancia e una macchina del caffè Nespresso con alcune capsule fornite.
Presenti detersivi e due stendini.
Non c'è aria condizionata né zanzariere. C'è lo stendino ma non mollette per il bucato.
Asciugamani per la doccia decisamente troppo piccoli. Da sistemare il rompigetto del lavabo in bagno.
Poca flessibilità per l'orario del check in.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Ventilator, Kapsel Kaffeemaschine) und der Vermieter war erreichbar und freundlich. Die Lage ist relativ zentral, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist, wie für Altbau auch zu erwarten, im Sommer sehr heiß und stickig, die Fester befinden sich nur an einer Seite, somit bleibt es trotz Lüften warm. Der Parkplatz ist im Hof, die Einfahrt nur etwas für geübte Fahrer (im rechten Winkel von einer befahrenen Straße weg in eine Einfahrt die kaum breiter ist als unser Auto selbst). Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock ohne Lift, in meinem Fall als Alleinreisende mit Kleinkindern und Gepäck war das herausfordernd.

La localización es práctica, a cinco minutos andando del centro histórico. El aparcamiento, aunque estrecho, es una gran ventaja. El wifi y la mayoría de extras en la casa están muy bien. La recogida y entrega de la llave es muy fácil.
Ya estuvimos en septiembre de 2025 y quedamos muy contentos. Lamentablemente, esta vez la limpieza había empeorado un poco. En el salón olía a tabaco, y la toalla de manos del baño estaba mojada, como si no la hubieran cambiado.
