Probably my favorite hotel in Graz. It is just off the Hauptplatz so it could not be more central. My room was very tasteful, had a good design and avant-garde flair to it. The hotel is small so people know you. Very nice staff at the reception.
If you include breakfast in your trip you need to be hungry to make the money worth while. I wasn’t impressed by the buffet.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Graz! The reception staff exceeded all my expectations—they were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They even went out of their way to help my family and me resolve an issue with our car rental agency. Thanks to Victoria and Julie if I can recall their names correctly. After all, outstanding service! One more thing to add, although the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim at night, I really loved the stylish interior design and décor
Check-in hours are tight with reception closing at 11:00 PM putting us under a lot of pressure, though Nichol was very nice to wait for our late arrival. The stay had a few downsides: the room AC felt a bit warm, there is no room service, iron needs to be requested, and room cleaning was rushed and lacking.
