Kaputtes Bett und Rücküberweisung lässt auf sich warten

Grundsätzlich ein nettes Apartement in sehr zentraler Lage.

Leider war das Bett kaputt, Lattenrost war aus der Verankerung gebrochen. Wir haben um 20.30 den Vermieter kontaktiert, der uns leider kein Ersatzzimmer anbieten konnte. Er hat uns die Kosten für die erste Nacht um 50% reduziert und nachdem wir dann ausgezogen sind die zweite Nacht storniert. Diese eine Nacht sind wir mit der Matratze ab Boden sehr unbequem gelegen und leider war es sehr heiß und durch die offenen Fenster sehr laut. Was zusätzlich ärgerlich ist, dass ich jetzt schon die vierte Woche auf die Rücküberweisung des zugesagten Betrages über Booking warte.

Superbe !

Check-in et Check out via les boîtes à clés très simples et pratiques. La localisation est parfaite et vous permets de profiter du centre de graz. Parking à moins de 5 min à pied (35 €/24h). Équipement de l’appartement largement suffisant. Literie très confortable et l’ensemble de l’appartement était très propre !

Il manque un petit film occultant sur les fenêtres afin de préserver l’intimité et d’éviter d’avoir une vue directe chez les voisins, et vice versa.
