Nice caravan in a good location in the area. Nice and comfortable. lots of communication from the hosts before we arrived. Key collection was easy in the box. Parking for 2 cars outside. You could easily drive to Skegness or get the bus from the complex.
It was good. The seagulls on the roof woke us up so and we noticed other caravans had things to stop that.

The location is very good, 10mins from town, beach and theme park
You can hear people talking from outside during the night, early morning noise coming from the roof, bes was very unconfortable

The southview was lovely with lots of facilities and places to go and explore, we loved the thunderbird chicken place and was a quiet place to relax
The caravan was a little grubby and the finish on walls etc needed amendments and had a bad smell in the bathroom, it could of done with a better clean down before new guests, the beds were not comfy and the double bed had slats missing, for the price we paid for september in my opinion wasnt worth the money
