3 bed caravan, sleeps 8. With double glazing and central heating. Emerald rated.
Kitchen with full size oven/hob, microwave, and undercounter fridge with small freezer compartment.
Lounge with TV/Freeview, DVD player, gas fire, double sofa bed and dining area.

Family shower room with toilet and wash basin. Separate toilet with wash basin.
Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing licence will need to be shown.

Overall stay was excellent. Van nice and clean. Location great.The only down side was the amenities they only start with a 6 day pass, which was no good to us with only doing 2 nights
