Location was great, communication was great, instructions were really clear. It had all the necessities; dishes, cups, etc for the amount of people it advertised would fit. Beautifully clean. Decorated homely so it felt welcoming!
I LOVE that one of the rooms was set up with multiple beds so my kids who were somewhere unfamiliar could be in the same room as us!! Some places just don’t get it that even if you’re travelling as a group or larger family, young children get disoriented and want to be in with their parents!
I had read that the neighbor upstairs plays music early in the morning and thought “that’s okay, mine usually get up between 5-6am”… from 5 am some form of drum and bass, edm or heavy metal beat was drowning through the whole flat till 7pm. They also hoovered half 10 one night! There was signage saying “no noise 10pm-8am - please respect our neighbours” but it seemed this neighbour didn’t get the memo and you couldn’t retaliate as the neighbours below and to the side were really quiet and respectful!
The front door felt like a loose fit and a bit rattly. When you’re travelling from quieter parts of the country your extra conscious that things go off and whilst everything else felt safe, I’d have had more peace of mind traveling if the door was a nice firm close.

Location
Tiny toilet room with no wash basin requires a walk to get to bathroom. Don’t get much for your money in London.

entendes que hay 2 inodoros. y no lugar con inodoro, sin lavamanos. y otro con lavamanos y bañera SIN INODORO.
