A charming immaculate cottage .
The location is very convenient to everything . We enjoyed our stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our dogs were really happy and this was like our home away from home!

Location was good. Easy to get to historic areas. Place clean and comfortable except air conditioning was not adequate in some rooms. Beds were good in the two main rooms we used. Appreciated the fenced yard and tile floors making it pet friendly.
Condition of home is a little hodgepodge. It is clean and quaint but rough boards hold air conditioners in. Two of the bedroom air conditioners need to be replaced. Did not adequately cool rooms. A fan would have helped. Bathtub is rusty. Bathroom is tiny. Yard and outbuildings look unkept although mowed. Barely enough towels, washrags, no dishtowels and hard to find trashbags etc.
