Nulla.

The room was wonderfully comfortable, modern and spacious. Naples is notoriously noisy (even in this residential area) so we appreciated the well insulated rooms. Breakfast vouchers were given to the sweet local cafe downstairs which were friendly and efficient for a local Naples breakfast of coffee and a sweet treat. 5 minute walk to the metro to get into the city centre which was great if you prefer to stay outside the hustle and bustle. The area felt safe and easy to walk around.
The portinaia (concierge of the building) is a little rude with guests about the issue with recycling (we did not take any rubbish out, we were accused) and generally we felt they did not want tourists in quite a residential building, which we empathise with given the horrors you hear about with Airbnb in residential units. However, not all guests behave badly so less judgement upon all would be appreciated, we are still paying customers. We do understand her concerns, however recycling should be dealt upon with management. If guests wish to take their own rubbish out, kindly offer instructions on how to do this correctly in the building either when booking or in the communal hallway if it is such cause for concern.
Our balcony had a lot of equipment left on it, views of a car wash in front of us were not ideal.

The satffs behaviour and manager were so nice. They provided for us everything we needed. The space inside room, the facilities, cleaning, privacy, all were completely satisfying. The hot water, Ac, shower, and TV were wroking very well.
The interesting thing was that the calm and quiet room.
Our stay was completely top there
