We enjoyed a fantastic stay in this apartment on Hamilton Island. The apartment was very large, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were so many included extras - beach towels, a picnic basket, even insulated shopping bags for groceries. The air-con worked wonderfully. The spa bath was a luxurious treat. We enjoyed a few days there before and after a family wedding. Getting around was very easy due to the 5 star buggy supplied, it looked brand new!
Okay, we love birds, but only outside. We had one very sneaky cockatoo who made his way in through the screen door early one morning. A knee-high piece of Perspex would deter them. We noticed the other sliding door had a Crim Safe screen. There's no way a bird would get through that! (there were signs warning about the wild life and not to feed them)

We loved how spacious the apartment was, it was clean and stocked with everything you need!
We are use to a king bed so unfortunately the bed was a bit small.

Good location, as it came with Buggy only 10 minutes to most facilities. Accommodation was well kept, inviting and clean. A full dossier of things to do nice spa, good views from balcony. Bed was comfortable also provided games and books.
No milk in fridge on arrival had to drive down to IGA store first thing. When ran the spa the water turned blue? No mention of the charge light in instructions about the buggy. One night thought it was charging and it wasn’t. Could provide a small coffee machine to to enhance the stay.

Property very dated, bed wasn't comfortable and couch was worse. Pool and gardens need attention.
