Our stay in Auckland was truly wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our holiday. The location was fantastic—perfectly situated near the beach, allowing us to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and beautiful coastal views.
The building itself was impressive, with a great design and beautiful surroundings that made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the neat and clean rooms, along with the fresh and ample bedding provided.
Another highlight was the availability of nice, clean towels in sufficient numbers, which made our stay even more convenient. The air conditioning in the main lounge and the ensuite was a great addition, ensuring a comfortable indoor temperature throughout our stay.
Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Auckland. Looking forward to coming back again!
The only issue we faced was that two of the bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans, which made it quite challenging to get through the hot summer nights. However, when we requested fans, the property responded promptly and allocated them. Since it was already our last day, we didn’t request for them to be delivered to the property.
Overall, despite this minor inconvenience, our experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Auckland. Looking forward to coming back again!

Location. That’s about it.
If you want to house sit this place is perfect for you! If you’d like a nice relaxing holiday I would not recommend this place at all!
The 5 days I stayed it never dropped below 20 degrees and went upto 30 most days. I was told not to use to ac for too long or I’ll be charged for. If I pay nearly $2000 for accommodation I’d expect to use what I like without being charged. I hate how many rules were in this house. I’ve travelled all over the world and around nz. Never have I been in a place where I was told I’d be charged for using stuff I had payed for. If you live in a hot place in the country expect people to use ac.
