Alot of potential but cleanliness and freshness of the place needs alot of work

The place is in a decent location with ample parking and has a great view of the sky tower and city. The host was very understanding and accommodating to our late check in request 1am in the morning.

The driveway is very narrow and the place smelt like wet carpet really badly. There was kitchen mess and dirty dishes from last tenants. The toilet has a wall right in front of it so not comfortable to use. The neighbour came out and asked if we could turn the fan off when not in use because the sound goes straight through the thin walls. Explained we had left it on purposely because of the smell.

The place is in a decent location with ample parking and has a great view of the sky tower and city. The host was very understanding and accommodating to our late check in request 1am in the morning.
