It all started of with assistant waiting at the gate to guide me through the estate to the office. Quick sign in and once again he guided me to my cottage. It was EXCELLENT ..... very karge, roomy, dining table, fridge, pantry complete with plates, bowls etc. Food was delivered to the room as per my request. Standard local breakfast (I dont eat b'fast). Overall an excellent experience with very friendly staff
There is nothing a tourist like me can think of. The resort covered all bases

There was complete algae on the stairs of the property I slipped twice n got hurt. Though didn’t created a ruckus abt it but it was painful experience.
No house keeping to clean the house.

Property was well maintained, neat and clean. Surroundings are excellent. Connectivity is also Very good. Climate was little bit not so excellent as compared to other months from June end to Feb. In the month of April- May, little bit Dry and Hot.
Isolation from Any Big market or City. During Ratnagiri to Brahmgiri travel at night, it was adventures and unforgettable journey. Nothing mis happened. It's not related to Resort
