The location is okay, about 10 minutes to the train station in Mestre. Close to shops and restaurants.
Only one bathroom with shower (without bathtub) for four rooms. The neighborhood is a bit rough.

It was clean and new
The owners seem to be new in this business so they need to learn a lot on how to make their guest more comfortable at their property.
Before paying, make sure you are getting a private room. Booking. Com has a glitch in the system so I got a shared one though I chose a private bathroom.
The main door was a nightmare to deal with.
Very old fashioned keys and doors that you u have to juggle with after a tiring day. 👎🏼 👎🏼
Above all, they didn’t have any extra warm comforter/ blankets to use and those nights in Venice got extremely cold and uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep both nights and when I asked, they said “we can’t do anything, because it’s unseasonably cold. Go get a bedspread from the living room. “ I mean, what the heck!!!! Will never go back there.

Good location, easy transport to Venice, clean, free coffee, good kitchen, mosquito net. Suitable for one big family occupying the entire property.
Small room, absence of air conditioner, poor soundproofing between adjoining rooms and corridor, foam mattress and pillow unsuitable for warm weather.
