Nicely located

The location was crucial, everything is near by.

I had to pay €20 in cash for city taxes I was not aware with. The place had the air conditioner damage. It was an oven sleeping there.

A good stay.

Location is fantastic. Host is friendly. Unit is eclectic but largely had everything I needed. Coffee was provided.

Big NO!

Location

Sort the reviews from bad to good and read the bad ones. It’s exactly as described. The host is very inappropriate on his comments, starting with “i do this as a hobby” and “dont comb your hair in the room” and “i cant control a neighbor’s loud orgasm” He asks for your passport and straight away put in his pocket and returns to you after in the room. About the room: what you see in the photos is what you get. Please note: bathroom has no doors. Theres no air conditioning or heating, the towels are not good. (Old and small) and im pretty sure the bed sheets weren’t changed as they smelled bad. Dirty room. Smelly. The walls are paper thin. I could hear someone snoring, coughing and talking. He says: “if you are not happy I return your money” but where are you going? Its a trap. Do not stay there, for your own sake. Location was good but I dont think its worth it.

Posizione centralissima, 5minuti a piedi da Piazza Duomo. Il signor Marco gentile ,simpatico e dettagliato nella descrizione del luogo e della casa. Stanza non grande, ma c è tutto ciò che serve. C è tutto anche per cucinare un pasto veloce. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Forse cambierei qualche mobile un pò datato, e aggiungerei luce sul comodino x leggere la sera. Ma son dettagli

Die Lage war gut und das Zimmer preiswert

der Host ist direkt in der ersten Sekunde der Begegnung übermäßig unfreundlich und laut geworden , so dass mein Freund erst überlegt hat , das Zimmer zu stornieren . Nachdem sie sich versöhnt hatten , folgten sexistische Witze . Darauf sollte man gefasst sein
