This has been an overall excellent experience and communication was good throughout our stay. The appartment is located on one of the top floors and the view is astonishing - sunset every evening. The city beach is very close and at least good for a quick swim. There are plenty of options for eating out or shopping. Don't be afraid of the slightly different payment terms [deposit, cash payment]. Value for money is very good.
One of the Chinese elevators [manufactured by WELLS] was not working during our stay. When it got busy, it required some patience and up to 5 minutes to get up or down. However, the people took it easy and were very friendly.

Spacious, large TV, great views
Smell from bathroom drains, sterile, fake books, noise from playgrounds across road, lacked character, no coffee, had to ask for dishwasher tablets & wine glasses - there was only one, which owner said they did not supply. Eventually they were supplied

Vše v naprostém pořádku. Apartmán odpovídá fotografiím. Krásné vybavení, dobrá lokalita a výhled. Komunikace s majitelem výborná.
