The rooms were excellent. What was even more exceptional is the kindness and helpfulness of staff to a level that I haven’t experienced before and it made our stay wonderful and memorable!
With heavy luggage having to climb stairs is not what you wish for, but the staff were more than willing to help. I also wished that the restaurant had a room service.

Location was not too bad, about a 5-10 minute walk from Rakoczi ter metro station. Room was quiet and had a washing machine and kitchen. Room was massive and great value for money. Would stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shops not too far away.
The room lock was a bit dodgy, but sorted by the end of our stay.

Absolutely stunning property in a wonderful location. Amazing service, we had a small issue and they dealt with it efficiently and with the smile! Spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, top notch amenities, exceptionally clean.
We loved the quality of the breakfast, especially eggs on order, but would love to see a bit more variety, like smoked salmon or fresh berries.

This is an apartment hotel but fully managed in terms of housekeeping and maintenance. The apartment was unusually large, clean and everything seemed well kept. Location is good- quiet, yet very accessible by public transport (approx. 8-10 minutes by but from city center, with several routes coming through).
The hotel manager, Sandor, was extremely kind and helpful in everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice and rich.
The area itself can get sketchy with narcos, etc. But nothing actually scary.
