Do not hesitate to book this property—it was hands down the best experience we had! The amazing, very friendly people who work at the hotel made our stay feel like a true home away from home. We stayed at 11 different hotels during our three-month trip, and Kozmo Residence was the clear winner.
The spacious newly renovated apartments are squeaky clean and incredibly spacious, and absolutely everything works perfectly. We loved it so much that we extended our stay three times! During our time here, we stayed in both a studio and an apartment. Both options featured a nice kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, plus a washer/dryer that even included laundry soaps. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

We reserved a comfortable studio apartment and ended up in a totally brand new luxury and fully equipped penthouse, with a level of interior design detail and quality that completely surpassed our expectations; so much so that we decided to extend our stay.
Staff went over and beyond their duties to make sure we had the most pleasant stay through and through.
Access to the facilities at the gorgeous Kozmo hotel next door was convenient, especially the superb gourmet breakfast.
Location was well connected to public transportation and within walking distance to the city center.
Staff was always available and responsive via Whatsapp.
The automatic lights in the building corridors and hallways diminish from the overall upscale feeling. Entrance was so private it was hard to find when we arrived the first time late at night.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had to change our rooms after the first night due to some mix up which was rectified in a professional manner. Breakfast was exceptional....
