This property deserves a review to help others understand the layout. We are two middle aged adults and it worked for us. If you have young children this is THE PLACE TO BE. The unit has 2 lofts that are 3.5-4’ tall both have a toilet and sink. Both have tall ladders to climb to get up. We looked up there and left it at that. But they would be such fun rooms for kids. There is a treehouse that would also be really fun for kids or teens. The main house is well equipped. The issue we had is since there are two of us - one of us had to crawl over top the other to go to the bathroom (while in bed). Parking can be a challenge as a lot of cars seem to park on this street but it is easily walkable to so many places. The entrance is cute with passion vine, berries oranges and lemons. I will absolutely stay here again when traveling alone. We both enjoyed it but agreed it is made for 1 adult and some children. Very nice people own it There’s a rental beside this unit. There’s also a rental in the home. Both the woman and the man renting those were very nice. This is a safe neighborhood.

Our stay was spectacular and wished we could have stayed longer. The space lives much larger than it is, it is spotless and comfortable, peaceful and had everything we needed. There are so many nice touches to the decor, use of space and overall design. My kids were so excited to stay here and was even better than described. Kudos to the design team, what a comfortable and fun space.

Everything you need and then some! We loved our stay here. This loft was perfect for our small family of three. Beautiful, well thought out space. Lots of sleeping room and play space. Felt private and had gorgeous fenced shared outdoor space with lighting, treehouse, playground, seating, and outdoor wet bar. Can’t wait to stay again next time we are in the area.

This was a great place to stay with a family (our kids are 7 and 9 years old). They had a blast playing with the video games in the loft and loved the treehouse in the backyard. I'm sure they will be talking about staying in the "Mickey Mouse" house for years to come. It was conveniently located and in a great and quiet neighborhood. It was tight quarters, but that was ok with us. The ladders to climb into the lofts were fine, but could be a problem if you had younger children or older people staying with you. There is one bedroom on the ground level, however. We were delightfully surprised to receive a welcome gift from the host and have the fridge stocked with some essentials. The only thing I would mention is that it is a shared backyard area with a few other units, which we didn't realize until we arrived (we just didn't read the listing closely enough). Also, we could not stand up fully as adults on the lofts, which meant we couldn't comfortably spend as much time upstairs - but, again, the kids loved it!
