About this house rental
Walk to the Santa Fe historic district and the Plaza from this charming three bedroom free-standing vacation home. This home is located in the well established quiet Rosario Hill neighborhood. Light and bright with all the Santa Fe touches - high ceilings vigas and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This is the perfect lodging in Santa Fe New Mexico!
Enter the private patio through the front gate or detached garage. There is an informal entry to the house where the living room has comfortable seating arranged around the fireplace. (No television in the living room) Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with breakfast bar and equipale dining tables and chairs.
The primary bedroom is upstairs with an intimate sitting area and a 32" flatscreen TV. There is also a private deck off the primary bedroom suite. The primarty bath offers a deep tub and walk-in shower as well as double sinks. There is a huge walk-in closet with washer and dryer. Downstairs the two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tiled bathroom with walk-in shower.
Wrap around patios and decks upstairs are perfect to enjoy the warmth and sunshine of Santa Fe.
The entry main patio is landscaped with rose bushes and aspens to enjoy morning coffee.
Small dog will be considered.

Our family stayed here for spring break and it was the better than we hoped for. The property is well kept, clean and convenient to everything. The house is BEAUTIFUL. We got a true Santa Fe feel. The house has everything you need kitchen wise as well. I hope to come back and will book here again.
