Beautifully remodeled Studio with tropically décor, this 1st floor corner unit (steps required) has a private outdoor entrance just steps away from the Marina. Nestled in the corner of Summer Sea Condo and the beautiful Florida Bay, this location is serene, peaceful and picturesque! This fully furnished Studio apartment has special touches you have to see to appreciate. From the amazing kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cook top, convection oven/microwave with the huge kitchen island with tons of storage, the fishing pole hanging lights, custom driftwood lamp to the amazing bathroom and tropical décor, there is not much more to desire. Then, to make your dreams come true, there is actually a washer and dryer in the apartment along with a built in Stereo surround sound system. Sleeps two in the very comfortable pull out couch and the lounge chair folds out to a single bed for the occasional guest. 28 day minimum with a minimum of a two month rental when renting the month of February. No smoking, no pets!

Fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, bicycling, wonderful restaurants (4 within walking distance), and shopping are all nearby.
