Brand newly constructed, single level, 3-bedroom villa, situated in a brand new area, known as 'Reunion Village' within the hugely popular and renowned Reunion Resort close to Disney. This beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto a forested conservation area.
This gorgeous home has been newly furnished throughout and boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz and granite counter tops, upgraded flooring together with equipment including washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, tv’s in all bedrooms and much more, all within 6 miles of the Disney Parks.
Grocery shopping and restaurants are directly across the street and Walmart only a few minutes up the road. Located in the popular and prestigious Reunion Resort, this is an excellent base for visiting all that Orlando has to offer in peaceful and luxury surrounds. There is use of 6 communal swimming pools, Gym, restaurants and shops all within the resort.
Privately owned spacious family vacation home only a moments drive to the communal pool and offering easy access to all of the amenities and attractions Orlando has to offer.

Was very impressed with the house when we entered the door. Everything was brand new and furnished beautifully. There wasn't one thing that we needed that wasn't provided. My only complaint was the stove wasn't working for the first 3 days of our stay. Meals had to be "take outs" during that time. Would definitely stay there again. Great proximity to all the local attractions.

Clean and nicely decorated new home. However, problems we had:Code to get in didn’t work. Orange vaca. Set up new one right away. No info inside propertyHandle on Toilet in Primary bath caused it to run.Leak under kitchen sink but fixed.Ice-maker leaksDryer quit with msg. on dryer stating clean vent caused us to find that flapper on vent outside had been stuccoed over. We Cleared it so it now works fine. Not able to use the Miniature Golf course at the resort as well as the Waterpark.
