Rockridge has the most magnificent Palm Beach view. The house is beautifully clean and has good kitchen layout and accessories. Terrific to be able to walk to the beach. The pool a huge bonus come rain or shine,
Would be great to put away a few of the artefacts which clutter the place a little and are not to everyone's holiday taste. Def need to attend to the toe breaking laundry entrance - only a small step but we had to cover with towels for safety.

location was sublime
There was no aircon on an exceptionally hot weekend in Sydney . Ocean breeze cooled however nights were hot when the wind dropped.
