Really lovely cozy studio with thoughtful decor and great little kitchen/dining area with sliding door and separate en suite facilities with good shower. Very pet friendly as I was staying with one dog. There was a secure separate part of the garden for our use which was great. There was a good selection of breakfast cereals, bread, butter and splreads plus milk, orange juice, snacks and bottles of water. A lot of thought from our host Ann had gone into everything. Easy parking at the property. It was such a lovely place to relax after a long car journey and day out at a dog show.

Très cosy, à l’ombre d’un arbre ce qui était parfait pour avoir de la fraîcheur malgré l’absence de climatisation.
Propre, lits confortables et assez de ravitaillement .
À 7 mins de Legoland et 10 mins de M&S

Lovely little studio apartment, had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The memorabilia of the band Jigsaw absolutely fascinating . Ann was on hand should you need anything, a really friendly and helpful owner . Parking of course a real plus . Excellent value for money .

The garden was great for the dogs
Room too small although I do appreciate it is a studio but far too small for 7 night stay
Towels weren’t changed although we had paid for 7 nights. There was no cleaning products to clean the bedroom. Brush and mop definitely needed with wet dogs coming into small area
