So many postiives to write here.
1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice.
2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day!
3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean
4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. I wouldnt recommend this place for families, but for couples its perfect.

Loved our stay here. The hosts were wonderful. They really went above and beyond with the amenities, and the atmosphere of the inn really sets the tone for a relaxing experience. We will definitely be back.

This is an excellent place. Clean and very accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants yet quiet. Spacious rooms and wonderful private baths. Pleasant sitting rooms and friendly hosts. All of our needs were met even nice selection of beer,wine, snacks and merchandise.
