Da segurnaça, limpeza e organização.
A acomodação é EXCELENTE.
Faltou a disponibização de ferro de passar e de gelo na acomodação.
Não se sabe quando foi abastecida a água disponibilizada na geladeira.
A posição da TV não é a mais adequada.

1. I would appreciate the check in instructions could be sent 2-days ahead
2. Air-con in the room, was inadequate in the first 2 nights yet suddenly became cold in the 3rd night. Probably the housekeeper helps setting it. Thank you. If the air con condition could be stabilized, this is a perfect accommodation!

Emplacement permettant d'aller à pied au centre de La Spezia, à la gare maritime et ferroviaire.
Merci à notre hôte qui a toujours été réactif à nos demandes et il nous a même arrangé pour rester sur le parking toute la journée de notre départ. 🙏
