Luca and Cathy were the best of our whole experience in Italy. Great customer service. Great communication. Very accommodating and understanding. Staff overall very nice but them two stood out to us. Food was nice as well.

Good value, fairly basic facilities. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast. Plenty of on site outdoor parking. Good bathroom.
Restaurant shut on Sunday and nowhere nearby to eat (apart from McDonald’s). Shower head could do with replacing.

Very polite staff. From the reception to the guy that drove the shuttle to city centre. Always with smiles, giving you all info that you need.
Facilities are quite old and used. Rooms are below average based on my personal experience in Italy. Strange smell in my room, like from cigarettes. Small dining room, in top seasons, can be quite crouded for breakfast. Outside facilities are much better (grass, trees, parking lot etc). Location is like 30min by walk from city centre.
