The rooms— perfect. Great mattresses.
Dead Lantern flies all over the entrance. That’s what we were greeted by. The front desk person was a terrible communicator. The man in the morning was wonderful.

Cleanliness and breakfast was food
To go to manhattan had to change a bus and a train so location bit off and on arrival a welcome drink would have been great had to purchase drinking water

Staff were great-friendly and helpful.
During a hard rain, rain came in around unopened windows causing puddles all over the floor. I was transferred to a different room.

Die Unterkunft liegt relativ nah an der Metrolinie 7, dem entsprechend ist man zügig in Manhattan. Die Zimmer sind gross genug, sauber und das Badezimmer ist gut. Es gibt einen Hotelshuttle zur Metro, um sich die Buslinie zu sparen
Der Rezeptionist hat meine Buchung nicht gefunden, obwohl ich die Reservierungsbestätigung und Reisepass vorgezeigt hatte. Sobald sein Chef kam, hat er die Buchung in unter einer Minute gefunden. Außerdem habe ich zwei Briefe zum Hotel schicken lassen, der Mitarbeiter hat sie nicht gefunden und hat mir erzählt, dass sie nicht da sind, bis ich den Manager rufen lassen habe. Dieser hat sie dann selbstverständlich innerhalb kürzester Zeit gefunden.
An einem Tag wollte ich vom Shuttle innerhalb der Angebotszeit abgeholt werden, hatte durchaus Zeitstress und habe dann nach Bestätigung des Fahrers 40 Minuten auf ihn gewartet, bis ich mir ein Uber bestellt habe.
