The staff was very nice, the appartment well aircondiyioned, and thd location was great!
The apartement design is basic. The entrance to the building did'nt look inviting.

The specific location was a bit sketchy, but was within very close walking distance to many near restaurants and bars and not far from the waterfront area. The room itself was very nice with a well equipped kitchen.
My main frustration was with the key code access. My first night I booked, they sent info but the code was missing. I had a fairly frustrating call with support but eventually got a text with the code. Meanwhile I was stuck outside at night unable to enter the building. I only booked for one night and wanted to extend my stay, which was also a much more annoying process than in a regular hotel, but managed to do it. Then the old key code didn’t work, and the new one they sent didn’t either. I had to reach out to support AGAIN to eventually get a new one. There was also a fairly expensive extra fee per night for something vague, pretty sure it was for amenities I never used.
