Matteo is a wonderful host with a beautiful penthouse apartment and the most fabulous terrace!! The beds were comfortable, there was ample storage and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook and eat in if you wanted to. It is in a really nice area of Rome with tons of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The view from the terrace is beautiful and we were out there everyday for breakfast and then wine in the evenings. The next time I am in Rome I will stay here if I can - no doubt! Thank you Matteo for making our stay so special!

The property was absolutely great, it is just like the photos. There was everything you needed for comfortable stay, my sister and I had a bedroom and a bathroom each, there was a hairdryer in each bathroom, with 4 fluffy towels each. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows, sockets near the beds and no noise at night, perfect 5 nights sleep. We absolutely loved the huge sun terrace and spent quite a bit of time out there, it has a great view of the park.
The kitchen was well equipped, also with a huge fridge and the dishwasher was a godsend. There was tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil and other condiments, plus a big bottle of water in the fridge. The living room is huge and a great place to chill after a busy day seeing the sites of Rome.
There are several bus stops and tram stops nearby in easy walking distance, my sister and I are in our 60s and had no problem with the walk. There is a supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment selling everything you might need, plus several restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Perfect location, we took a short bus ride to the Vatican, Colosseum, an Italian cookery lesson and to the coach trip to Pompeii.
Matteo is a brilliant host, nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful. We accidentally turned the child lock on the patio door and couldn’t work out what we had done, Matteo sorted it out for us very quickly. His phone number is in the apartment so you can call if needed.
Opening the apartment door using your phone was pretty cool, I’ve not seen that anywhere else before, so useful.
I honestly cannot fault the property, the location or the owner, they are all brilliant.

The apartment is so spacious with a lovely terrace. Both bedrooms were lovely and clean! Host left us two beers which was very kind! We had a great stay! Elevator to the top floor was also very useful!
I personally would prefer an actual key for the door rather than locking with a code/online. Everything else was great!
