This place was IDEAL for the big group that we were. The apartment was large with sufficient space.
The location was great (not far from a big supermarket and very close to a train station).
The neighborhood was fantastic.
The landlord was responsive, available and supportive. He accommodated our requests with kindness and care.

Would have given a 10/10, if it weren't for the following minor points:
- felt the gardens (front and back) were a little neglected (a good grass and herbs cutting will do so much good to the place)
- kitchen utensils could do with a little upgrade

Spazi adatti per un gruppo numeroso e presenza effettiva di 3bagni. Vicinanza a stazione metro arnos Grove o comunque a diverse fermate dei pullman. Host disponibile a venire incontro a nostre esigenze perché ha acquistato asciugacapelli di cui non era provvisto
Piuttosto lontana dal centro(ma ne eravamo consapevoli) e richiede un’oretta di mezzi per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Necessaria maggiore pulizia e manutenzione dell’immobile

El alojamiento tiene 2 baños completos y un aseo por lo que es genial para un grupo grande como el que íbamos.. Para el precio que pagas por una casa en Londres tienes lo necesario si lo que quieres es un sitio para dormir y ducharte, así que por esa parte estaba bien.
Ademas el barrio cuenta con alguna cafetería rica para desayunar, algún pub, parada de metro, de autobús y estación de tren cerca. ( el metro son 3 minutos andando).
Parece un barrio tranquilo.
El alojamiento esta descuidado, esta un poco sucio y se nota viejo, realmente si le hicieran algún arreglo ganaría mucho más.. tiene mucho potencial.
El sofá cama no tenia almohada por lo que la persona que durmió ahí estuvo incomoda.
Tampoco nos aviso que el check in podría ser automático, hubiera estado bien saberlo antes.
