Got to climb 3 story staircase to reach hotel

Location is nice. Many eatery around hotel Aircon is strong.

Got to climb a dark and long narrow staircase(as picture) to reach the Hotel. Climb up 3rd story to the hotel is tiring. No proper signboard. Only a A4 size paper hanging on the 2nd story and 3rd story. Got to walk upstairs to confirm if it's the correct unit. A plastic signboard at the ground floor stairway entrance won't cost much but neglected

Room for one adult.

Best thing was the bed, it was super comfortable. The AC worked well. Hot water for the shower was good. Staff was attentive and helpful. There's a water dispenser and ironing board outside at the hallway but didn't personally use it.

There were no windows in the tiny room. Very poor lighting, and poor ventilation. Room is not soundproof. Also there were ants and found one cockroach poop on the table.
