Très bel appartement à l’emplacement génial

L’emplacement (vue sur le port d’un côté et rue commerçante de l’autre dont une boulangerie dingo !), La déco de l’appartement très stylée, La réactivité de la conciergerie quand échanges de mails. Le lieu est vraiment canon.

La literie est catastrophique (matelas affaissé au milieu), Et besoin de rafraissement sur 2-3 trucs pas très clean (coussins du salon, tissu d’un fauteuil taché, parquet très abîmé par endroits). On a eu la malchance d’avoir eu des odeurs de relents d’égouts dans la salle de bain le 2eme jour).
