Excellent location right by the sea, the sound and smell of the sea and the rhythm of the tides really add to the experience of staying here. An unbeatable sea view! Comfortable beds. Nice multi-fuel stove in the lounge area for chillier evenings.
The decor is a little tired here and there and a good deep clean would be welcome. Some extra oven trays and tins would be helpful.

Location. Never thought I’d be studying tide times with such enthusiasm. Bright, airy property directly on seafront with great pub and restaurant/chip shop nearby. Living/dining area great for family wanting to different things - play cards at dining table, watch tv in living area, sit and watch the waves/read by the window. All together. Bedrooms comfortable. Slept well. Seagulls can be annoying though. Short walk along nice coastal path to supermarket. Short drive to Stonehaven. Dunnottar Castle spectacular. Block was very quiet.

Wonderful views, great location for my needs. A comfortable apartment with everything you could need. Comfy bed and linens.
Cleaning not up to standard. ONE example - the bathrooms. Black mould around window and ceiling in the bathroom. I could remove with a cloth. Unclean shower and bathroom - in certain lights and condensation, it was clear where shower walls hadn’t been cleaned. Soap tray dirty and pink mould. Bathroom floor dusty and unclean.
