The AC works great. A sparkling new upstairs shower was installed in September 2025. Cute and well appointed, perfect for 2 couples or a family. Sleeps 5 comfortably and can accommodate up to 6 people.
With a queen bed in the upstairs master and a queen and an option for a full-size bed in the bedroom downstairs, this wonderful property offers a peaceful retreat for families or groups of friends. The third bedroom is set up as an office but can sleep 1. WiFi, Washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen for when you prefer to dine in. Outdoor shower. Fenced yard. Walking distance to several public beach accesses and the North End's famous Tiki Bar.

This place is very nice. It has a wonderful view from the front covered porch and is right across the street from the beach.

The ocean view was beautiful! Like was a great host and they kept the property super clean. I have stayed at many Verbos but this one may be my favorite!
