This two-story property is just about perfect for your visit to Santa Fe.
It's located in the trendy Guadalupe/Railyard district with great access to a gaggle of fabulous restaurants galleries and the wonderful Santa Fe Farmer's Market.
Enter the home to a spacious open living space. The property has stunning hard wood floors throughout. There is a decorative fireplace (non-operable) with remote candles.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and accent chairs/bench to watch TV and is adjacent to the dining room which would accommodate six to eight guests. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including a gas range. There is access to a private patio from the kitchen.
Upstairs are two queen bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-in shower double sinks and the convenience of the washer and dryer. The second bath offers a full tub/shower combination.
The house is bright and whimsical with interesting art and tchotchkes to enjoy. If you are looking for additional space please look at Casita Cameo which is a one bedroom just across the driveway.
