Walk into this comfortable patio home and enjoy the tranquil setting. The home has Saltillo tiles throughout as well as vigas and a kiva fireplace. The well-designed living area boasts a blue leather sofa and chair as well as a relaxing chair to enjoy the fireplace or watch a movie.
French doors lead to the large private patio with lounge chairs and two dining tables. The brick patio overlooks the eighth fairway of the golf course.

The property offers two bedroom suites as well as sitting room/den.

The guest bedroom suite offers twin beds which we are able to convert to a king with advanced notification. There is a full bath with traditional tub/shower.
The sitting room is off the entry and has comfy seating to enjoy quiet reading time or sit at your desk and return those pesky emails on your working vacation. There is a door to the kitchen for a late nite snack.
