About this apartment rental
Very spacious king sized bedroom apartment with living/dining room and separate well equipped kitchen & full bathroom. Situated in a wonderful neighbourhood offering great transport links across the whole city, airport & train stations. It is walkable to the city centre and Haymarket station. The apartment is surrounded by Harrison Park and a few minutes walk from the Union canal. There are two spaces in the apartment for working, one in the bedroom and one in living room, with high speed reliable internet. This is a home away from home. It has all the comforts you need to enjoy visiting or working in the city. It is great for both short stays, as an alternative to a hotel, or for longer stays, while working or visiting friends and family.
There are lots of great local restaurants walkable, local pubs, supermarkets and the entertainment complex of Fountain Park less than 10 minutes walk. We are situated between Slateford, Polwarth, North Merchiston & Dalry neighbourhoods.

We enjoyed our stay at this cosy apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and it was set up nicely. It was a short bus trip to the main areas or a 40 minute walk. Check in and out were simple.

The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was convenient and the flat met our needs for exploring the area.
There were some cleanliness issues that affected our first impression of the property, although the host was receptive to feedback and made efforts to address our concerns. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the host's attentiveness and willingness to help.
