We had originally booked this place, but the night before our flight, the owner contacted us and explained that there was a plumbing problem that unfortunately would take some time to fix. They kindly found another one-bedroom flat for us instead, and the location was amazing — only a five-minute walk from Victoria Street.
I’m sure the new place was much more expensive than what we had originally paid.
We really appreciate what they did for us. They could have easily cancelled our booking and given us a refund, but instead, they took responsibility and made sure we still had a wonderful stay. They honestly left us with such lovely memories of Edinburgh.
If I visit Edinburgh again, I would definitely book with them again. Thank you so much! ❤️

La ubicación
Que sea de baño y cocina compartida y no lo diga en las características. Las zonas comunes son un poco viejas y sin ascensor.
