This place was terrific! We met the owner, Carolyn, just as we arrived. She is a truly delightful person who really cares about the property and about the experience that people have during their stay. The place was spotless! We loved how it was decorated and really enjoyed sitting on that back covered porch. The hot tub was super easy for entrance and for closing it up. I love how everything was nice and neat and labeled. We played several of the games that they had there, we went out on the canoe several times, and we even had a little few dance parties with my daughter, my wife and I. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thanks Carolyn!!!

This stay exceeded our expectations from the cleanliness of the property, the property amenities an excellent host. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and this property was perfectly situated, not too far from Keeneland racetrack Kentucky horse Park downtown Lexington and so much more we spent a whole day on the Bourbon Trail and then retreated here in the evening for a relaxing stay each night. You cannot beat the view paired with the peace and quiet. Such an oasis!! We will be back for sure. We fell in love with the stay and the area.

Everything was perfect. Quiet & peaceful in the evening while relaxing in the hot tub. The property was great. The house was clean. No complaints at all. Communication with the host was fantastic. Lots of indoor games and activities for families (although for our stay, we didn't have kids - just two adult couples). But the outdoor/lake activities would be great for kids & family. It's so tranquil; no city noise at all. Great place to unplug and recharge. A fun, quick, curvy road drive into Lawrenceburg. Wild Turkey, Four Roses, and Larrikin are all very close. Also an easy drive up to Frankfort to Buffalo Trace. We would 100% go back.
