The location is good, about a 6-minute walk from the station. The room is a standard Japanese-style room and tatami, and the air-conditioned kitchen facilities work well.
In a residential area, if you are sensitive to sound, there will be a lot of traffic and human sounds in the evening and morning, and the sound insulation is not very good. There is only one toilet and a separate bathroom, which means that you have to go upstairs to the toilet every time.

Great location to the train station and one block from 7-11.
The air conditioner was awesome. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was awesome as well super clean and quiet. I would rent again.

Nice quiet location. Close to shops, etc. Clean and modern. Easy to get into.
Small for our group of 4 adults in that shower, toilet, kitchen and lounge in one small area. No place to sit comfortably. Perhaps not perfect fit for Western travelers.
