Excellent location being at the intersection of several train / subway lines and right on the train line to Kansai International Airport. House was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms on the second floor are large and the air conditioning worked really well to keep the temps cool despite the sweltering heat. Extra points for being a phenomenal value.
We chose this property party because it had two toilets but one was unfortunately leaking. In their defence, the host did offer to come fix it, but we were out all day every day and didn’t feel comfortable having them come in while we were out.
The house is semi-detached; the attached neighbour is a hair salon who would open at 8am and blast the TV, waking us all up. The walls seemed very thin.
Finally, there is a bit of a musty, smoky smell in the house, especially the second floor smaller bedroom. This bothered us a bit as non-smokers who are very sensitive to the smell of tobacco. The house is non-smoking and there are clear signs against smoking so I can only assume a previous guest broke the rules and again this is not the host’s fault but was a detractor to our stay.

Pokoje były dość duże, przestronne, więc można było się spokojnie zmieścić z walizkami w 5 osób. Było bardzo czysto i komfortowo. Dziękujemy!
To tylko taka drobna uwaga: jest tylko 1 prysznic, więc przy większych grupach może to być małe wyzwanie logistyczne.
