這次五月來 三個人 住二樓 整體乾淨舒適 很棒的住宿！
格局：兩間房 一間客廳+廚房 浴室（有浴缸） 廁所各一 一個小陽台 3人住起來空間夠（人少比較舒適
家電：洗衣機、吹風機、微波爐、瓦斯爐、廚具、餐具（筷湯匙叉子大小盤子杯子）、烤箱、冰箱、wifi 、電視、冷暖氣（應該沒遺漏）總之很夠用
住宿位置：離地面電車（堺筋本線）跟地鐵站都很近 位置好
生活機能：周遭超市超商藥妝都不止一家 餐廳也多 早晚半夜都有東西吃 買回來自己煮也方便
安靜：很安靜的社區 住這幾天幾乎沒有噪音 讚

Facilities nearby were so wonderful and you can get what you want to .. the house is enough and conveniently to accommodate 6 adults.. love the environment and very clean is the most important for us .

洗濯機＋洗濯洗剤がある。これは子連れ旅行者には本当にありがたいです。助かりました。
冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジ、ケトル、掃除機、洗濯機、洗濯物を干すためのハンガーなど、必要なものが全て揃っていて、本当に便利でした！
管理の方も親切で、連絡のやりとりがスムーズです。
別の方の口コミにもありますが、上の階に人が泊まると音が気になります。
また部屋からキツいカビ臭がしていて、室内もじっとりとしていました。古い建物だから仕方ないのかもしれませんが、、、。
洗濯機はありますが、干す場所がないです。ベランダに物干し竿が設置してありますが、植栽が手付かずなので伸び放題で、物干し竿には洗濯物を干せませんでした。
持参した洗濯ロープに干しましたが、上記にも記載した通り、じっとりした室内でなかなか乾きません。浴室乾燥機能はないので、除湿機かサーキュレーターのようなものがあるとさらに助かるなぁと思いました。
