The cleanliness of the rooms, bathroom and toilets. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Responsiveness of the owner. Location of the property since it is only 15 minutes away from Dotonbori.
During our last night, the people on the second floor (we were at ground floor) were quite noisy. They were either dragging things around or kids were running around.

#日本民宿很多都是一間衛浴，好不容易找到多間的! 而且全部開放 越多人住越便宜
#壺湯好可愛! 很保溫 雖然大了點 體驗很有趣!
#客廳有大垃圾桶 滿了只要丟出去就好 滿方便的
#附近有超商還有多間超市 補貨很方便!
#附近算靠近2個車站 花園町站很近! 我們幾乎從那坐車
天下茶屋站雖然比較遠 但是南海電鐵可以到 不用再轉車
#有三間衛浴 卻只有2隻吹風機 拿來拿去不太方便
#中間的衛浴無法鎖 洗澡時沒安全感
#客廳常看到小蟑螂在流理台附近的牆上 可能是知道有食物 希望能提供濾網自己更換
#杯子稍小 無法泡濾掛咖啡 如果能大一點就好了><
