This spacious walkout basement provides 2 cozy bedrooms, full kitchen, full bath, a much more! Bedroom #1 features a king bed, with nightstands on each side, a closet, 55” Smart TV and a walkout to the secluded patio to enjoy the evening air. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed, with 2 conveniently positioned nightstands, a closet, and a desk, to catchup on work while you’re away. The bathroom includes a full bathtub, vanity, and a hair dryer for your convenience. You will find everything that you need to prep and cook meals in the fully stocked Large kitchen including pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking dishes, measuring cups and mixing bowls, a toaster and Keruig coffee machine. When it’s time to kick back and relax, there is a roomy sectional sofa, and a 75” smart TV to wind down. The patio features a grill, and a patio table set to visit over dinner, or a place to enjoy your morning coffee while you prepare for the day’s adventures. It would have been helpful to know that access required a full flight of outdoor steps(15). My son has some challenges and I am 78. I was doable, but I would not have chosen the location had I known the limitations in access, and sharing the yard with a lovely dog we were asked not to interact with was OK, but we felt unhappy for the dog. All of the appliances worked as expected.

When we arrived, our entryway was the stairwell by the garage and our first sight were multiple overflowing trash cans, that remained this way the entire time we were there. Once down the stairs, you see a bunch of decking material, what appeared to be a broken table, a bent ,large metal planter filled with dirt and 1/2 an old trash barrel surrounding the hot tub. Also, a weird wire fence that was cobbled together running through the middle of the back yard. The inside is a finished basement that has been turned into a small apartment, downstairs from the owner's residence. The inside was clean and accurately depicted in the pictures. It was not until the welcome access information that we realized the family lived upstairs and told their kids were out of school for the summer. Our only complaint would be the level of noise. We arrived in Toquerville at 7pm Sunday night after having been up since 4am CST and driving in from SLC. We went to Springdale and ate, came back around 10pm and we could hear talking, movement etc.. from the upstairs until well after midnight. Monday evening after hiking all day at Zion, we wanted to rest before dinner and could not sleep due to what sounded like people moving furniture across the floor and vacuuming. The noise lasted so long we got frustrated and went to Hurricane to eat dinner. Overall, our rating for the review is simply due to the level of noise making it difficult to relax between hikes on our vacation.
