I had a very comfortable stay at Urban Groove Hotel. The staff were very friendly, and it had good facilities, including free laundry and a lovely rooftop bar. The room was comfortable, although it didn't have a safe (unless there was one and I couldn't find it). The bathroom in particular was very spacious. The location was good, about a 10 minute walk from Jeongpo Cafe Street, a highlight in Busan. There is also a train station nearby.
Not necessarily a criticism, but the location, whilst handy, is not in the most exciting area. But as mentioned, there are attractions within walking distance and on the plus side to that, it's quiet.

The apartment is really comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to relax after a long day out. Self check-in made everything easy and let us go at our own pace.
Nothing really. We'd happily stay again.

The location (really close to lines 1 and 2 so basically extremely close to everything and walking distance from 2 bustling areas with amazing places to eat), the room especially was gorgeous, the bathroom was amazing, the price. No complaints at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The top floor terrace with complementary drinks was amazing very nice addition and the washer/dryer room was suuuuper useful, used it several times.

Hotel was clean and room size spacious. Plenty of towels and little items such as fresh daily water, quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Excellent hair dryer and hot irons. Staff were very friendly. Easy to get to the subway. Umbrellas available in the lobby for use.
Location was down a weird side street and major construction works happening opposite which meant early morning noise and not relaxing.
Felt clinical rather than hotel like.
Sold as a room with city views..there was no view full stop the window had blinds closed on entering the room and when you opened the blinds it was a mirror so you saw your own reflection..hated having no view, felt claustrophobic and not what was advertised..there was no view, we were pleased to leave, it felt rather like student accommodation rather than a hotel.
