Nice open space on the terrace, good size bedrooms, lots of hot water and good pressure.
Not really suitable for cooking at home , few utensils. Apartment for 4, with a 2 seater sofa. Missed not having a bread knife, just 2 small knives

We stayed here as two adults and two teenagers for 4 nights. The apartment is perfect. A nice, quiet area, and the apartment block was very secure. The city is a short walk away, or the Metro is so close and easy to use if preferred. Communication with the letting agency was excellent before, during and for our departure. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again if back in Birmingham.

Location and parking
Uncomfortable bed and not enough fans to cool the place. The outdoor patio/balcony is an asset but is very dirty due to the seagulls/birds in the area and it appeared to have not been cleaned in a while. The furniture in the property is cheap and does not align to the standard described in the write up for the property.

Great location and secure parking and the apartment was really well fitted out, clean and spacious
There was only one seating option in the living room and this was quite small and both beds weren’t doubles but two singles pushed together so found this quite uncomfortable
