Right on the A9 for the NC500 or just an overnight stay if travelling up the east coast, nice secluded location. Accommodation is very good quality and dog friendly but be aware there are free range chickens, geese and cats that have the run of the front of the property so you need to have good control of your dogs, rear garden is secure for dogs to use without causing an issue. Host Liz is very welcoming and friendly and the welcome pack of fresh baked bread, free range eggs, honey and milk are a great touch
You do need to have full control of your dogs when entering and exiting the accommodation at the front with all of the animals that have free range in that area but don’t let that put you off

Heel rustig gelegen Ookal dichtbij centrale wegen.
Vriendelijke hulpvaardige host.
Met plezier bakte ze brood en bood ze ons eitjes aan. Groenten en fruit mochten we uit de tuin gaan halen.
Mss nog meer bestek/ glazen . Nipt soms met 4.
We misten een schaar .
Maar dit tegenover de gastvrijheid van Liz en de hele goede bedden en gebruik / view tuin , is dit een futuliteit.

Great location the welcome basket was great fresh bread, milk etc from the hosts farm was great also being able to pick fruit and veggies from here allotment for our dinner was nice
Lots of goose and cat poo everywhere on drive way and garden this is due to the amount of them on the property even found cat poo in the house, if allergic to cat fur stay away as I suffered badly
