Rooms maybe a bit dark but assume this was part of a makeover and as such a matter of taste

Très bel hôtel, situé en plein centre, sur l'avenue centrale de Kars, tout près de la forteresse. La ville est très calme, l'hôtel aussi. Le personnel serviable et les intérieurs aménagés avec style. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le point fort : le déjeuner. Variétés et produits de la région de très bonne qualité.
Prix un peu élevé, c'est l'hôtel le plus cher que nous avons eu dans notre long voyage en train depuis Budapest vers Kars, mais la qualité y était présente.

Kars’ta kalmak için bence en güzel döşenmiş ve en lüks otel. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve profesyonel. Kahvaltı bol ve kaliteli. Oda tasarımları ve sanat ederleri gerçekten özenle seçilmiş ve yerleştirilmiş.
Oda temizliği konusunda biraz sorunlar vardı. 3 gün kalınca ve yerler hiç süpürülmemişti ve rahatsız ediyordu. Otelde çok oda olmamasına rağmen birgün saat 8:30 gibi çıkıp 12 de geldiğimizde odamız hala temizlenmemişti. Bence küçük bir dokunuş ile bu konu çözülünebilir.
